Regarding after-sales service:
1. Support 7-day no reason return and 15 day exchange without affecting secondary sales;
2. If the product is not satisfactory or damaged on the way, the buyer must inspect and reject it in person with the courier. Once it is signed for, the return and exchange shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. If the seller sends the wrong product, or if there is a lack of functional quality, the return and exchange shipping fees will be borne by the seller;
3. Please count the goods in the presence of the courier. If you find that the quantity of products is insufficient or lacking, please take pictures of all products as soon as possible and contact customer service for handling

Regarding placing an order:
Please provide detailed information on the delivery address, recipient's name, and phone number, especially the phone number, to ensure smooth communication as much as possible. After the goods are shipped, if the buyer changes the address due to reasons, they may need to be transferred, returned, or signed for at the wrong address. Any expenses or losses incurred shall be borne by the buyer

Regarding logistics:
Our store's logistics currently do not support designated delivery. Please negotiate with customer service regarding shipping logistics. The issue of speed has also been a persistent concern for us, such as urgent orders or impatience. Please be cautious when placing orders, as climate issues can affect the delivery speed. We cannot guarantee when you will receive the product. Please inform our customer service to check the shipment, and we will contact the courier to verify the transportation status of the goods and urge delivery If the refund is due to the delivery time, the buyer will bear the shipping cost. We hope that you understand and support us, and that the speed of the delivery and the attitude of individual couriers will not affect our cooperation with us!
