If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Doba, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy.
1. Canceling an Order

For COD orders, you can directly cancel the order before it has been shipped, which is before the supplier inputs the tracking number. Once the order has been shipped, indicated by the supplier filling in the tracking number, you should contact Doba to check if the order can still be canceled. We will assess the situation based on the current status of the shipment and provide possible solutions to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.
2. Delayed Unshipped Orders
If your order has not yet shipped and there is no updated tracking information for more than 7 business days after label created showing on shipping carriers’ website, you may apply for a refund. Doba will refund the order within 3 business days of the requested date. For COD orders, since payment hasn't been made, you can directly contact Doba to cancel the order without needing a refund process.
3. Delayed In-Transit Orders
If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 business days or more, you may apply for a refund. Doba will refund the order within 3 business days of the requested date. For COD orders, you can contact Doba to cancel the order or request a replacement.
Note that this policy does not cover delays caused by holidays, abnormal weather, or other force majeure events.
4. Goods Destroyed/Returned in Transit
If the package is destroyed/sent back to the supplier or shipping carrier for any reason in transit, and you may apply for a refund, Doba will refund the order within 3 business days of the requested date. Under the same cases, if you request a replacement, Doba will send a replacement within 5 business days of the requested date. For COD orders, you can contact Doba to cancel the order or request a replacement.
Note that this excludes situations such as incorrect shipping information, incomplete shipping address, etc.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, Doba will get your situation resolved if reported within 7 calendar days of the order completed date (which is stated on the orders details page). To ensure proper resolution, Doba may require a photo(s) of the damage, outer carton, and shipping label etc.
Additionally, the item may be required to be returned in the original packaging prior to completing your request. If you are instructed to return the original item, it must be returned and received by the sell’s Returns Department prior to providing a refund or replacement.
Doba reserves the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit if the item is not returned and Doba may refuse to provide service to any damaged or defective item reported more than 7 calendar days after the order completed date.
When uploading photos, please ensure to follow Doba’s requirements listed below.
- Damaged Item (Out of the Box):
Clear, close-up photos of the damage. You may submit multiple photos if needed.
- Packaging:
Photos of the box that arrived damaged, along with the shipping label. You may submit multiple photos if needed.
Once your request is submitted, Doba will process your refund application within 3 business days and provide a return label if required. The product is required to be returned and return tracking has to be shown within 5 business days of receiving the return label. Doba will proceed with a refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
You can return the item in its original packaging or a similar box if the packaging has been damaged/discarded. Doba is unable to provide boxes or packaging for the return.
For COD orders:
1. If you identify any problems upon package receipt, you can refuse it and contact Doba.
2. If you find the issue within 7 calendar days of the order completed date (which is stated on the order details page), the handling process will be the same as for regular order after-sales.
6. Missing Parts
If your item is missing parts, Doba will be sure to get a resolution for you if reported within 7 calendar days of the order completed date. Doba may require a photo(s) and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at the sell’s Returns Department, Doba reserves the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. Doba reserves the right to refuse to service any missing items reported more than 7 calendar days after the order completed date.

- Hidden Compartments
If applicable please submit any photos of compartments not visible on the outside such as drawers, inside storage, etc. You may submit multiple photos if needed.
- Packaging
Photos of the box that the item arrived in, along with the shipping label. You may submit multiple photos if needed.

7. Received the Incorrect Item
If you have received the incorrect item, color, or size, Doba requires a report to be filed within 7 calendar days of the order completed date. Once a report is filed, Doba will help to quickly resolve it for you.
Doba may require a photo(s) and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at the sell’s Returns Department, Doba reserves the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. Doba reserves the right to refuse to service any incorrect item reported more than 7 calendar days after the order completed date.

- Wrong Size
Photo(s) of the measurement or sizing showing the item is incorrect.
- Packaging
Photo(s) of the model number, item name, or description showing incorrect item.
- Shipping label
Photos of the box that the item arrived in, along with the shipping label. You may submit multiple photos if needed.
